二 |     जागरण संवाददाता, कानपुर। कल्याणपुर में दोगुणी रकम करने का लालच देकर निजी कोआपरेटिव सोसाइटी के तीन लोगों ने एजेंटो के जरिए करीब 500 ग्रामीणों को जोड़ा फिर एक करोड़ से ज्यादा की रकम जमा कराई और आफिस बंद करके भाग निकले। पीड़ितों ने एजेंटो पर दबाव बनाया तो वह कल्याणपुर स्थित मुख्य शाखा पहुंचे जहां से उन्हें चेक दी गई जो बाद में बाउंस हो गई। बाद में आरोपित मुख्य कार्यालय भी बंद करके फरार हो गए।,अब पीड़ित और एजेंट ने मिलकर जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर शिकायत की जिसकी जांच के लिए उन्हें कल्याणपुर पनकी रोड चौकी बुलाया गया। हालांकि पुलिस ने पीड़ितों को बीघापुर की घटना बताकर बैरंग लौटा दिया। पीड़ित ग्रामीण लगातार खोजने के लिए कल्याणपुर समेत आसपास इलाके के चक्कर लगा रहे है।,उन्नाव के बीघापुर निवासी विश्राम ने बताया कि वह काफी पहले आजाद नगर नवाबगंज निवासी एक व्यक्ति के यहां एक निजी कंपनी में काम करते थे। कंपनी बंद होने के बाद वह व्यक्ति वर्ष 2013 में मिला और एक नई कंपनी के बारे में बताया। दोगुणी कमाई का लालच देते हुए क्षेत्र में ब्रांच आफिस खोलने की बात कही। उनकी मदद से बीघापुर के संदेही नगर बस स्टैंड के पास किराए की बिल्डिंग में ब्रांच आफिस खुली और उसके बाद विद्याविलास ,जियालाल,राजकुमार शुक्ला,प्रताप नारायण ,सुनील जगत नारायण और श्रीराम समेत दर्जनों एजेंट बनाकर वर्ष 2013 से वर्ष 2021 तक आसपास के गांवों से करीब 500 लोगो को जोड़ा गया।,पांच हजार से लेकर पांच लाख रुपए तक ग्रामीणों ने लगाए। एक करोड़ से ज्यादा रकम जमा हो गई। इसी दौरान कंपनी की ब्रांच बंदकर वह व्यक्ति भाग गया। जब लोगो को पता चला तो एजेंटो पर पैसे वापसी का दबाव पड़ने लगा। 13 दिसम्बर 21 को कुछ एजेंट और पीड़ित कानपुर की कल्याणपुर के पनकी रोड पर स्थित मुख्य कार्यालय पहुंचे जहां पर आरोपितों ने उन्हें मौके पर ही 22 चेकें दे दी जो बाद में सभी बाउंस हो गई। जिसके बाद से लगातार पीड़ित और एजेंट कल्याणपुर आकर आरोपित को खोजने का प्रयास कर रहे है।,कुछ दिन पहले पीड़ितों ने जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर भी शिकायत की। कल्याणपुर पुलिस ने उन्हें बुलाया और घटना और आरोपितों के बारे में पूछताछ की जिसके बाद उन्हें घटनास्थल बीघापुर बताकर वापस कर दिया। पीड़ित विद्यानिवास के मुताबिक वर्ष 2023 में 114 लोगो की अवधि पूर्ण हो चुकी है। कंपनी के निदेशक ने मकान और मुख्य शाखा वाली जमीन बेंच दी और फरार हो गया।वही किसान से एजेंट बने राज कुमार शुक्ला ने बताया कि ज्यादा कमीशन के चक्कर में फंस गए अब लोगों से नजरे नहीं मिला पा रहे।,किराए की गाड़ी से आकर कंपनी के मालिक और उनके गुर्गों को खोज रहे है ,हजारों रुपए बर्बाद कर दर्जनों चक्कर लगा चुके है। कही कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही। वहीं राहुल ने बताया कि निदेशक,मैनेजर और नवाबगंज के आजाद नगर निवासी लीडर ने मिलकर खेल कर दिया। गांव जाने की हिम्मत नहीं होती,लोगो के ताने जीने नहीं देते। कल्याणपुर थाना प्रभारी अजय प्रकाश मिश्र ने घटना की जानकारी से इनकार किया है।。
